The 2nd International ARTV AWARDS event took take place in Las Vegas, Sept. 28 th & 29th 07 to a STANDING Room only audience of artists, collectors, celebrities and press. The Live Production included a Red Carpet event and Ceremony honoring Fine artists in TOP TEN categories. This Cultural Celebration with artists from various parts of the world was filmed for TV and Cinematic broadcast!

Following the closing date for artists' submissions, a panel of renowned industry individuals evaluates the respective merits of each and every submission over a variety of criteria. The evaluations are recorded and tabulated to assess which five artists' works are to be nominated as finalists in each of 10 categories. Closer to the event, the AWARDS COMMITTEE presents the Nominees, first on film to the panel of judges. Secondly, this same panel selects the winner for each category prior to the CEREMONY, with the results sealed until announcement at the actual ARTV AWARDS. ™
