. All artists must submit three (3) separate productions representative of a coherent body of work in original form. Photos must be 300 DPI high resolution in Jpeg format

 

. A producing professional artist must have a minimum of 5 years in the industry, a collector base, and support team.

 

. A DVD, in High Digi Beta format, or HDTV, that portrays 3 to 5 minutes of the artists' works, the artist at work, and the artists' statement, in writing, must accompany each submission. If assistance is required to produce the DVD, please contact ARTV Inc. , who will be able to provide the support needed, or offer other suggestions as to completing this requirement. ARTV must be granted full rights to use the biographical information and DVD presentation for any promotional or preparatory use.

 

. Each artist making a submission must have a coherent body of work consisting of no less than ten (10) artworks in the event that he or she is nominated, for marketing & exhibition purposes.

 

. Each of the three artworks submitted must be available for sale, free of all liens and encumbrances, adverse claims, options or restrictions of any kind whatsoever. The three works must be currently secure and in the possession of the artist. The artist must be empowered to pass free and clear title to ARTV should ARTV wish at any time to sell any or all of the works submitted.

 

. There is an initial fee of $200 per submission, per category. Each artist may make only one submission per category; however, each artist may submit to any or all categories.

. All submitted DVDs, biographical information, or data of any kind will not be returned. No refunds of fees will be given if the artist is not nominated as a finalist in the category or categories for which works were submitted.

 

. Artists who submit will receive complimentary admission to the awards events.

 

. Each qualifying artist will receive a 2-hour DVD copy of ARTV AMERICA "The First Cut" featuring the 2005 events 50 nominees from around America at work in their studios.

 

. Qualifying artists also receive a copy of the ARTV Awards Premiere  limited edition  ARTV Awards Poster!

 

. Artists also receive advertisement on the award website until nominations close.

 

The ARTV AWARDS Event takes place every other year!  This is a 2 year program of PR, Promotion & Production.

 

<  Unfortunately, due to the ecomonic climate over the past 2 years, the 2009 was canceled! > ARTV has lowered the artists fees for the next AWARDS to continue this platform.

 

 

The first year consists of screening the artists for nomination, the nomination process, promotion and pre-production of the actual Event.  The location of the event is announced during the promotion process and ARTV reserves the right to change the location at any time.  ALL will be notified and a press release will be circulate should this occur.

 

The 2nd year consists of editing the film for Television airing, annoucing the   Recipients to the press and marketing artworks until the show is distributed.
