There are 13 planned awards, and a Lifetime Achievement Award, each specifically addressing a key sector of the visual arts industry or recognition of a key accomplishment in the industry. The awards are:
- Honorary Lifetime Achievement Award
- Artist of the Year
- Best Group Project
- New Medium/Movement-Conceptual
- Installation - Public Art
- Painting -- Oils
- Acrylics
- Watercolors
- M URALISTS
- DRAWING - CRAYON , PASTEL , PEN , INK , COLORED PENCILS
- MIXED M EDIA - ASSEMBLAGE - APPROPIATION - VIDEO
- GLASS - STAINED , BLOWN , SANDBLASTING - KINETICS
- SCULPTURE - CLAY , STEEL , WIRE , BRONZE , WOOD , STONE , MARBLE
- PRINTMAKING
Any individual, gallery or group, following the Rules and Regulations outlined below, may make submissions for each of the above categories. Regardless of the category for which a submission is made, all of the following guidelines and criteria must be met for all artists.
ARTV reserves the right to reject any artist who does not meet qualifying standards. ARTV AWARDS rules and Regulations may change and will be subject to further notification.
